  •   6 cups sugar
  •   12 ounces evaporated milk
  •   1 cup butter
  •   8 ounces cream cheese
  •   14 ounces marshmallow creme or 10.5 ounces miniature marshmallows
  •   1 tbsp vanilla
  •   12 ounces white chocolate chips or vanilla chips
  •   6 ounces milk chocolate chips
  •   6 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
  •   2 tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa
  •   1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

Instructions

  1. Butter the 13 by 9 pan or line with foil [leavean inch hanging over the pan at two opposite sides. In 6 qt heavy pan such as a dutch oven, heat the sugar, milk, butter, cream cheese to boil over med high then cook 6 to 8 minutes stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium then cook about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. You want to reach 225F on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat.
  2. Quickly stir in marshmallows and vanilla. Pour 4 cups of this over the white chips in large bowl and stir.
  3. Into the remaining marshmallow mix sitr in all the remaining chocolates and cocoa plus the nuts if using.
  4. Now pour 1/3 of white mix into pan spreading evenly. Then quickly pour 1/3 of dark over top spread evenly. Repeat for remainder. Then swirl gently with a greased buttery knife to create a marble design. Cool.
  5. Refrigerate uncovered for about 3 hours or until cut set. Cut into 12 rows by 8 rows with a buttery knife. Store covered in refrigerator.
