  • add   ½ stick of butter
  • add   1 ½ cups of your favorite Italian dressing
  • add   Salt and pepper to taste
  • add   ½ cup red wine
  • add   1 ½ cups fresh mushrooms and stems finely diced
  • add   8 oz package cream cheese
  • add   6 boneless skinless breast pounded flat
  • add   Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Marinade breast in 1 cup of dressing at least 2 hours with pepper added. Sauté the garlic and chopped mushrooms by adding small amounts of wine. Cook until almost all of the liquid is gone. Add cream cheese and cook on low until melted and bubbly. Mix in salt and pepper to taste. Discard marinade from chicken. Place 2 tablespoons of mushroom mixture on top of each breast. Roll breast over stuffing and secure with toothpicks. Pour remaining ½ cup Italian dressing over breast. Cover and bake 30 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Uncover last 5 minutes. Check meat should be at 170 degrees. Leave in longer if needed.Serves 4 6

Hi... sounds very yummy... I have noticed that you had forgot to add fresh garlic to chopped to go with mushrooms to saute?? but It's good I know i will use that and try this weekend :)
