  • add   2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
  • add   1/4 cup half-and-half
  • add   1/2 teaspoon salt
  • add   1 tablespoon sugar
  • add   2 tablespoons butter or margarine


  1. Combine all ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently.
