- add 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
- add 1/4 cup half-and-half
- add 1/2 teaspoon salt
- add 1 tablespoon sugar
- add 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- Combine all ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently.
