  •   1 large yellow onion sliced
  •   1 green bell pepper julieened
  •   1 red bell pepper julieened
  •   1/4 cup medium salsa
  •   1/4 cup sour cream
  •   1/2 cup shreaded montery jack cheese
  •   2 tablespoons dried cilantro
  •   3/4 teaspoon Lawyers seasoning salt
  •   1 teaspoon black pepper
  •   3/4 teapoons Lawyers garlic salt
  •   1/2 cup olive oil
  •   2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
  •   1 tablespoon chili powder
  •   2 tablespoons ground cumin
  •   zest and juice of 2 limes
  •   4 6 oz chicken breast pounded thin

Instructions

  1. season chicken with seasoning salt, garlic salt, and black pepper set aside. In a plastic storage bag, add all ingredients except sour cream salsa, and cheese. Add chicken to ingredients being sure to coat well. Allow to marinade for 10 minutes. Meanwhile prepare oven to broil chicken and veggies. Place oven rack on second level from the heat source. Heat broiler to high. Seperate chicken from veggies on two seperate pans. Broil chicken for 20-25 minutes turning half way through and veggies for equal time or until slightly charred, stirring occasionally. Mix sour cream and salsa in bowl. To Serve place chicken first then veggies, sprinkle with cheese and spoon some of the cream sauce.
