  • add   1 Pound Cooked Extra Wide Egg Noodles
  • add   1 1/2 - 2 cups diced Velveeta Cheese (or more if desired)
  • add   12 oz. Sour Cream
  • add   10 oz. Milk (use empty soup can)
  • add   2 Cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
  • add   1 1/2 Lbs. Chicken Cutlets sliced into various sizes
  • add   4 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
  • add   6-7 Chopped garlic cloves (depending on taste)


  1. Saute garlic in butter or margarine under low heat. for approx. 5 mins, being sure not to burn.Raise heat to medium and add chicken and cook completely.Add soup and milk and heat until blended well, stirring often.Add sour cream, again stirring often until blended well. Lower heat to low and add cheese. Cover and simmer on low until blended entirely. Be sure to stir often especially after adding cheese to ensure it will not burn.Pour entire mixture over cooked egg noodles and stir. Serves 6 with leftovers.
