This sauce could be used for so many things. I like it on Salmon, or any kind of fish. Even works for chicken and pork. Good for Octoberfest, with beef or as a dip. If you don't like cucumbers, it's a great variation on the tzatziki sauce.
- add 1/2 cup mayo
- add 1/2 cup sour cream
- add 2 tbls. dried dill
- add 1/4 cup onions, minced
- add 1 tbls. capers, rinsed
- add s&p
- add dash of Old Bay seasoning
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Let stand for 1 hour in or out of the fridge to meld flavors.
