Priss and BB, the Spoiled Rotten Pomeranians love this and I make it for for special occasions. Like birthdays, or holidays. With so many dog food and treat recalls these days, its good that I know what goes into what they eats.

Note From The Chef

Linda Bakfan October 11

Remember, a small enough ball could choke your pet. These are frozen. Priss is a Pomeranian, and I make a treat a little smaller than a tennis ball.

"Although my dog died three years ago he loved these and I still make them for neighbors dogs. Bacon grease or meat drippings can be used in place of shortening, and any type of cooked meat may be used in place of pork."
