This is the way that my mother always made chicken (or turkey) salad. It is so very simple but never disappoints. It is always delicious. This recipe is not very specific in the amounts but is very east to make and always tastes so good.

Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

any amount of left over cubed chicken or turkey (or bake a whole chicken or bone in chicken breasts)
-
diced celery (about 1/3 of the amount of chicken... if you have 6 cups of chicken, add about 2 cups of chopped celery)

enough Miracle Whip to coat entire mixture

sugar to taste (add a tsp or two depending on how much chicken salad you are making)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.
- Serve on rolls, hamburger buns, crossaints, or bread.

This is a great recipe! Thanks for adding it. I wouldl like to add that I have tried making this but rather than baking the chicken, I boiled it.....yeah...it was not as good!
