Instructions
- 1. Chicken sausage
Mix following ingridients in the bowl;ground chicken, fine chopped green onion, sesami seeds, egg, soysauce, sake, cornstarch, mirin, sesami oil, grated ginger(juice only) salt and pepper. Mix very well. With Saran wrap, create sausage shape and cook in the microwave for 5 min or so.
2. Tropical miso Sauce
In the sauce pan put following ingridients; soysauce, ginger, orange juice, pineapple sauce, miso, sesami oil, chicken stock, chopped Jalapeno chili, green onion, brown sugar. Cook in until sauce get very thick.
3. Egg Crape
Mix eggs, water, cornsterch salt and pepper very well and cook in the sautee pan make thin crape.
4. Cut Carrot and Daikon rarish very thin
and cut w cookie cutter. make cute shape.
Soak in the Rice vinegar and suger mix.
Cut cucumber with cookie cutter as well.
5. In deep pan, put warm water and soak rice wrap until get soft(won't take long).
3. Assembly
From bottom, place No.5, No.4, No3, Red lettuce leaf, Cilantro, Watercress, No1 and
Wrap up!!
4. Serve with No. 2
