  • add   1 egg
  • add   1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • add   1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
  • add   3 boneless/skinless boiled chicken breast or 2 cans chicken breast
  • add   1 stick margarine
  • add   1/2 cup milk
  • add   1 Package Cornbread Stovetop Stuffing

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cornbread Stovetop stuffing following directions on pkg. except add 1/2 cup milk to water and margarine before bringing to boil.Cut the cooked chicken breast into strips or chunks. Beat egg into can of cream of chicken soup. When the stuffing has softened, add the egg/soup mixture. Stir well. Add the chicken chunks/cans of chicken and mix well. Pour mixture into a casserole dish and bake in 400 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before serving. It will thicken as it cools. Enjoy...as good as the old way of making homemade chicken and dressing.
