This is the soup I like when I get a cold. Its my comfort food. And it makes me feel better.

2 cups cubed cooked chicken

3 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth

1 tbsp oil

1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced

1 cup celery, sliced

1 medium (1/2 cup) onion, chopped

2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles or pasta

2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a sauce pan heat oil
- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for 3 minutes over med heat. Until just tender
- Add cooked chicken and cook for 2 minutes
- Add chicken broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat to med and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add egg noodles and cook for additional 8 minutes or until paste and carrots are cooked
- salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!
