Easy Crispy Cornflake Potatoes

  • add   1/3 cup melted butter
  • add   1 cup crushed corn flakes or Rice Krispies
  • add   1 teaspoon salt
  • add   6 medium potatoes


  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degress.
  2. Cut potatoes into 4 wedges.
  3. Dip them in the melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Roll in crumbs and place on greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
