  • add   1/2 cup one-minute quaker oatmeal (unflavored)
  • add   1 scoop 100% whey protein
  • add   1 pinch raspery crystal light
  • add   1 tbsp coffee grinds
  • add   1/4 cup ice
  • add   3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender on high.
  2. Enjoy!
