Change Serving Size
  • add   6 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • add   1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • add   2 cups diced cooked ham
  • add   1/2 cup diced onion
  • add   8 large beaten eggs
  • add   (2) 12 oz cup evaporated milk
  • add   salt & pepper to taste


  1. Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Layer on cheese, ham & onion. In large bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture. Bake 350* 45-55 minutes

For added texture & color include red, yellow & green bell peppers. For heat add jalapeno's :D
