  •   4 Pork Chops (bone in, center cut)
  •   3 cloves garlic ( minced)
  •   3 tablespoons olive oil
  •   Cajun seasoning (to taste)
  •   2 or 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  •   Salt & Pepper ( I prefer sea salt)
  •   Mix all ingredients....spread on pork chops...I place them in a food sealer bag...but they can also be placed in a covered bowl....refrigerate overnite.....grill to perfection!
