I get asked to bring this to all family functions as well as my grandmothers "Sheperds Pie".

Ingredients [?] Change Serving Size Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   1 # ground beef
  •   1 packet taco seasoning
  •   1 can refried beans
  •   1 - 8oz. container sour cream
  •   approx. 2 bundles green onions
  •   1 tomato
  •   1/2 head of lettuce
  •   1 pkg. shredded mild cheddar cheese
  •   water

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef
  2. drain grease
  3. add taco seasoning, refried beans, water
  4. stir, cook til mixed well (not soupy) slightly firm
  5. spread in dish
  6. let cool
  7. spread sour cream
  8. next add cheese
  9. then green onion (chopped)
  10. add tomato (cut up)
  11. serve w/ tortilla chips
