  • add   1/2 teaspoon pepper (optional)
  • add   3 cups cauliflower florets
  • add   3/4 cup light caesar salad dressing
  • add   3 cups broccoli florets
  • add   3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • add   1 cup red cabbage

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
  2. This salad will keep for 3 days in a glass bowl in the fridge, if well covered.
  3. Optional Variation: Steam vegetables for 3 or 4 minutes if you prefer them softer.
