My mother used to cook this for us after a long day working as a teacher. Its very easy. Now I cook it for my family and they love it!

  • add   1 packet of dried french onion soup mix
  • add   8 lamb chops

Instructions

  1. In a roasting dish sprinkle half of the dry contents of the french onion soup mix packet, lay chops over this , then layer again with the rest of the french onion soup mix. Cover roasting dish with alfoil . Place in oven at about 130 degrees celcius for 3 hours.

You dont need to add any moisture to this recipe as the chops cook in their own juices. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables of own choice.
