Serve with flour tortillas or tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to chicken, fish and other main dishes.

- add 6 medium green onions, sliced (6 tbsp.)
- add 1/2 teaspoon salt
- add 1 small green bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
- add 2 tablespoons lime juice
- add 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- add 3 garlic cloves
- add 1 medium jalapeno chile
- add 3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped (2-1/4 cups)
- add flour tortillas or tortilla chips
- Mix all ingredients except tortillas.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
