  • add   1 small onion
  • add   oil (for deep frying)
  • add   1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • add   6 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • add   1 lb ground beef
  • add   1 teaspoon black pepper
  • add   2/3 cup picante sauce
  • add   2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, and picante sauce in a pan.
  2. Drain.
  3. Divide meat onto 6 burrito tortillas.
  4. Top with 1/4 cup of cheese.
  5. Fold up chimichanga style.
  6. Deep fry till golden.
