  • add   Materials / ingredients:
  • add   300 grams of potatoes, cut in squares, fried
  • add   300 grams of meat gandik, thinly sliced against fiber
  • add   4 red onions, thinly sliced
  • add   2 bay leaves
  • add   2 cm galangal, crushed
  • add   2 large red chilies, seeds discarded, sliced oblique
  • add   1 teaspoon salt
  • add   1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • add   300 ml of water
  • add   50 ml coconut milk from half coconut
  • add   2 tablespoons oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Fine Seasonings:
  2. 6 red onions
  3. 3 cloves of garlic
  4. 4 large red chilies
  5. 4 curly red chilies
  6. 2 pieces of red chili sauce
  7. 1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste, burned
  8. How to make:
  9. Heat the oil. Saute onion, bay leaves, and galangal until wilted. Enter sliced red chilli and spices. Stir until fragrant.
  10. Insert meat. Stir until it changes color. Add potatoes, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
  11. Pour water. Stir until soft and creamy. Chill. Freeze in the freezer.
  12. When will be presented, boiled dishes already melting back while adding coconut milk. Cook, stirring until boiling and thickened.
