2 cups long grain rice

4 cups chicken broth

8 pieces peta bread

4 large tomatoes

1/3 cup lemon juice

3 tablespoons garlic salt

1/3 cup pure sesame oil

24 ozs sour cream

6 ozs processed minced garlic

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup pure sesame oil

3 cups cookong oil

6 lbs skinless boneless chicken cut into strips

Instructions
- Mix chicken ingredients put chicken in and toss till all chicken is coated well and then let stand in fridge till finished with sause.
Put rice, cold broth, oil into pan with tight lid. Bring to rolling boil. Turn down to simmer. Cook till chicken is done about 20 minutes
Mix sour cream ingredients place in fridge to cool
Take chicken and wipe with hand to insure most of the garlic is off. Place in a non-stick grittle or pan on meduim heat all the while draining off the excess drippings so they dont burn. Turn heat up to brown lightly. Before you turn chicken to other side salt lightly. Turn brown the other side.
Take chicken out and take chicken marinate and place it into pan that you cooked chicken in and turn on high heat brown garlic then drain garlic.
Slice long ways lettuse and dice tomatoes
Take peta bread and heat in microwave and then plave them on the eye of the stove to char them abit. cut into quarters

Place cooked rice on side of plate and then chicken along side that, place lettuse with tomatoes together one on top of the other and take peta bread place on small side plate. Put sause on top of chicken and a small amount on salad. Place a small dipping bowl at side for extra sause.
