  • add   12 pieces egg roll wraps
  • add   1 cup brown sugar
  • add   6 pieces bananas
  • add   1 cup water
  • add   1 can pineapple tidbits
  • add   1/2 cup oil
  • add   4 tablespoons margarine


  1. Peel and slice bananas into four lengthwise.
  2. Wrap bananas in eggroll wrapper and fry until golden brown.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Boil sugar and water for 20 minutes or until thick.
  5. Add pineapple tidbits.
  6. Simmer until mixture thickens.
  7. Add margarine.
  8. Stir to melt.
  9. Pour on fried bananas.
  10. Serve immediately.
