  • add   Graham Crackers (one cracker = 1 sheet) 10
  • add   Old fashioned rolled oats 3/4 cup
  • add   Raisins or dried fruit (diced) 1/2 cup
  • add   Slivered Almonds (optional) 1/3 cup
  • add   Honey or Molasses 1/3 cup
  • add   Margarine or butter, melted 2 TBSP


  1. Break crackers into bite-sized pieces. Line baking pan with foil. Lightly spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. On foil, combine cracker pieces, oats, almonds and raisins. In a small bowl, stir together honey (or molasses) and margarine or butter. Drizzle over cracker mixture.
  3. Bake at 350?F for 12-14 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking. Stir mixture. Cool completely. Store tightly covered at room temperature for up to one month.
