Ingredients [?] Change Serving Size Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   Makes 2 pies
  •   2 cups of Sugar
  •   5 cups milk ( Half Whole Milk and Half Canned Evaporated)
  •   4 Tbsp Cocoa
  •   1/2 cup Cornstarch
  •   3 Large Eggs or 4 Medium
  •   2 tsp Vanilla
  •   2 Bars Hershey's Candy ( 1 bar set aside for grating over topping)
  •   Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Cook in Skillet over medium heat ( like gravy ) until all is melted, turn down to simmer and let thicken. When desired consistency is reached remove from heat and pour into prepared crusts or graham crusts. Let cool, top with cool whip and chocolate bar shavings

For each birthday I always make a chocolate party cake based on a Jamie Oliver recipe. It is simple, but not quick. You have to take about 3 steps to finish it with more than an hour interval.
