  • add   1 1/2 Brussels Sprouts
  • add   Extra virgin olive oil
  • add   Kosher salt
  • add   pepper
  • add   optional ingredients:
  • add   crispy diced bacon
  • add   red onion diced
  • add   clove of garlic minced
  • add   lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Boil or grill the Brussels Sprouts for five min then drain.
  2. cut in half grill for 5 min.
  3. place in a bowl add all seasoning plus any optional ingredients & serve
