  •   4 cups oatmeal (NOT instant)
  •   1 tablespoon baking powder
  •   1 teaspoon salt
  •   1 tablespoon cinnamon
  •   1/2 Cup of egg substitute (ie: egg beaters)
  •   1 cup pumpkin
  •   1 cup skim milk
  •   1 tablespoon SUGAR FREE maple syrup
  •   1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
  •   1/2 cup LIGHT brown sugar , packed
  •   1 tablespoon vanilla
  •   1 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. 2. In large bowl combine oatmeal, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  3. 3. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  4. 4. Spread in greased pan (Using a PAM like product) 9x13 pan
  5. 5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. 6. Enjoy!
