Serve with grilled or poached fish.

- add 1/4 cup snipped fresh dill or cilantro
- add 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- add 1 tablespoon grated horseradish
- add 2 teaspoons lemon juice or lime juice
- add 1 cup low-fat yogurt or nonfat yogurt
- add 1 dash white pepper
- In medium bowl, combine ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate.
