My husband loves mexican food so this is a staple at our house.

- add 2 limes, juice of
- add 2-3 chopped garlic cloves
- add 3 large ripe Hass avocadoes
- add 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- add 1 serrano pepper, diced finely (use only enough seeds to create heat wanted)
- add 1/2 finely chopped white onion
- Mash avacadoes with a fork. Add all other ingrediants flavor with salt to taiste and mix well.
- Cover and refridgerate till ready to use.
