2 cup chicken broth or water
-
1/2 cup bamboo shoots, sliced

1 cup Firm Tofu, sliced
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
50 gr garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
2 tbsp sweet & sour sauce or substitute with tomato ketchup
-
1 green onion, thinly sliced
-
1 green chili/jalapeno or substitute with black pepper
-
an egg
-
salt
-
olive oil
Instructions
- Add a bit of olive oil in a pan to saute garlic, onion and green chili under medium heat for approx 2 mins.
- Put step 1 ingredients into a big pan with water or chicken broth, add soy sauce and sweet&sour sauce.
- Add bamboo shoots+ tofu, stir it well and continue to cooking for approx 5 mins or until water are boiled.
- Add salt for taste.
- In a bowl, put an egg, shake well with fork, then pour into a pan with hout soup.
- Turn off the heat, soup are ready to serve and put green onion on top :-)
