Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   * a bowl filled with ice cubes
  •   * 2 table spoon of double cream
  •   * 4 tablespoon of milk
  •   * 2 tablespoon of sweetened chocolate powder
  •   * damp tea towel
  •   * salt

Instructions

  1. Take a cup and fill it with 2 table spoon double cream, 4 tablespoon of milk and two tablespoon of sweatened chocolate powder give it a good stir. Now burry the glass in the middle of the bowl filld with ice. Pour some salt into the ice cubes and listed out for the crackling sound!
  2. Be carefull not to spill any salt in the ice cream!.
  3. Put a clean, damp tee towel over the bowl and leave for a couple of hours.(the salt makes the ice melt, and it;s the ice melting which freezes the mixture in the glass).
  4. After abot an hour, give the mixture in the glass a stir.
  5. You can do this from time to time, but always recover the whole thing with the damp tea towel. After about another hour, you should have some finished chocolate ice cream. Yum!!!
