The smoky flavours of the cheese and prosciutto in this crunchy salad contrast wonderfully with the delicate flavour of Birra Moretti. The sourness of thee apple adds a great kick to the salad. Accompanied by a Birra Moretti, this dish is ideal fro al fresco dining.

  • add   1 bunch radicchio
  • add   1 bunch romaine lettuce
  • add   1 bunch curly endive (frisee)
  • add   120 grams smoked prociutto, sliced
  • add   1 tart green apple
  • add   100 grams smoked cheese (use provolone if available)
  • add   Vinigrette dressing:
  • add   6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • add   2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • add   1 teaspoon acacla honey


  1. shred the radiocchio, romain lettuce and curly endive
  2. dice the smoked cheese and slice the apple
  3. combine all vinaigrette ingredients together and drizzle over the salad
  4. serve immediatly
