Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   3-4 pounds rump roast
  •   fresh garlic
  •   1 package of Good Seasons Italian Dressing
  •   Pepperoncini peppers, like salad peppers
  •   1 package McCormick Au Juse
  •   Hard rolls

Instructions

  1. Rub the bottom of the crock-pot with fresh garlic. Put 1 package of Good Seasons Italian Dressing and 1/2 to 1 cup of the pepperoncini juice. Cook in the crock-pot for 8 hours or longer. A few houre prior to serving; shred meat with a fork. Add 1 pkg. McCormick Au Juse. Add water if you need more juice. Serve on hard rolls with the peppers.

I got this from a crock pot cookbook several years ago and have made it many times. We all love it. Get a crusty sub roll, spread it with butter, garlic salt and pop in under the broiler for a few minutes and then make your sandwich. It is yummy and easy.

heard about it in news in italy a persian chef created it & he won the first place out of 450 other top pizza chefs.. i thought i can create my version by not knowing .his recipe sohere it is.

here i am again last minute to put a fast dish togethere...& that is how this dis was created..it is something that you will never want to stop having it over & over... this dish could be used cold or warm & mix with your favorite meat or seafood..
