1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin

1 large egg, beaten

1 cup (3 handfuls), Italian bread crumbs

1 medium onion, chopped fine
-
4 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
-
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
-
2 teaspoons (serveral drops) Worccestershire sauce, (my own addition)
-
1/4 cup (a couple of handfuls) grated Parmigiano or Romano
-
Coasrse salt and black pepper
-
For 5 mintue Marinara Sauce;

2 tablespoon extra-virgin oilive oil, (2 turns around the pan)
-
4 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
-
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
-
A Handfuls flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped, about 2 tablesppons
-
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
-
1 (28 ounces) can crushed tomatoes
-
1 (14 ounces) chunky style crushed tomatoes
-
Salt anf freshly ground black pepper
-
few slices of parmesan cheese if desired
Instructions
- For Meatball;
- Set the oven to bake 375 degree. Mix all the ingredints together and make medium size ball and place them on a baking sheet 2" apart. Cook the meat balls for 45 mintues or until they are browned.
- For the sauce;
- In a frying pan saute the garlics with olive oil add the crushed tomatoes and the rest of the seasoning and ingredients let it sit for 10-15 min on the low flame.
- Take the Italian Sub if you desire put the cheese and lay the meatballs cover with the disre amount of sauce.
