Ingredients [?] Change Serving Size Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   2 pound of Italian sauage
  •   2Tsb garlic cloves- chopped
  •   1 medium white onions- chopped
  •   2 cans 16oz italian stew tomotoes
  •   1 can 8oz tomotoes sauce
  •   2c. cottage cheese
  •   2 eggs
  •   1 Tsp oregano
  •   1 Tbs Parsley dried or fresh
  •   1 pkg of mozzella cheese- shrerred.
  •   1 box of lasagna- read the direction in the back..

Instructions

  1. cook in medium skillet pan with oil and half of onions and garlic, put in italian sauage- let it cook until brown and cut into 1/4 sauages..
  2. in a big pot pan.... combine 2 cans of italian stew tomotoes, tomotoe sauce. with onions, let it cook for 15 mins on medium heat..
  3. in a medium bowl, whisk 2 eggs, cottage cheese, parsley, mix well then pour into big pot pan and cook it through for 15 mins..
  4. when lasagna is finished drained, put in baking dishes 9x12 make it layer use the pasta first then pour the italian sauce over then another pasta, then on the top pour another italian sauce... sprinkle with mozzella cheese.. and let it bake for 30 mins until its light brown and bubbly...
