I WORK IN A KITCEN AT A BAR. SO ON THE SLOW DAYS LIKE DURRING THE WEEK. I MAKE MY ON RECIPES FOR ME AND THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. THIS ONE IS ONE WE ALL LOVE. LET ME KNOW IF YOU ALL LIKE IT AND I WILL ADD MORE.

  • add   3 lbs sirloin steaks
  • add   3 3/4 ounces Jack Daniels Whiskey
  • add   10 ounces Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. PUT THE STEAKS IN A SMALL PAN SO THEY FILL MOST THE SPACE.
  2. TAKE A FORK AND STAB THE STEAKS ON BOTH SIDES.
  3. POUR THE WORCHESTER AND THE JACK IN THE PAN.
  4. LET SIT IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 8 HOURS.
  5. THEN COOK STEAKS ON THE GRILL.
  6. TAKE LEFT OVER SAUCE FROM PAN AND PUT IN A POUR CUP.
  7. AFTER YOU COOK THE STEAKS PUT THEM EACH ON A PLATE THE POUR THE SAUCE ON TOP.
