JELL-O NO-BAKE PINEAPPLE CHEESECAKE BARS

1 [11.1 oz.] pkg. jell-o no bake real cheesecake

2 tablespoons sugar
-
5 tablespoons margarine,melted
-
1 tablespoon water
-
1 teaspoon ground ginger
-
1 [20 oz.] can crushed pineapple,drained,divided
-
1 1/2 cups cold milk
-
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
Instructions
- Mix Crust Mix,sugar,margarine,water and ginger with fork in 9-inch square pan until well blended.
- Reserve 2 tablespoons of crumb mixture. Press remaining mixture firmly in pan with a dry measuring cup;cover with half of pineapple. Beat milk,filling mix and lemon peel with mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes-filling will be thick- Spoon over pinapple layer in crust. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with remaining pineapple and 2 tablespoons crumb mixture, cover, refrigerate until time to serve. Cut into 8 bars.. makes 8 servings
