  • add   Chicken curry cut 06kg.
  • add   Kaju 500gm.
  • add   Chopped onions 02kg.
  • add   Chopped Tomatoes 02kg.
  • add   Garlic paste 75gm.
  • add   Ginger paste 50gm.
  • add   Coriander leaves 25gm.
  • add   Pounded Dry red chilies 1 tsp.
  • add   Chopped green chilies 05no.
  • add   Red chili powder 04 tsp.
  • add   pounded Whole Coriander 05 tsp.
  • add   Garam masala powder 1 tsp.
  • add   Coriander powder 1 tsp.
  • add   Whole Garam masala 10gm.
  • add   Oil 750ml.
  • add   Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Method
  2. 1. In a pot take oil, add Whole Garam Masala, garlic, and pounded whole coriander powder and red chilies. Add onions and cook until onions are golden brown.
  3. 2. Put in tomatoes, ginger,garlic, coriander powder and red chili powder,salt&marinate chicken sauté very well.
  4. 3. Add some water. Cover and let it cook. Once the gravy is reduced put in the chicken cooked, coriander leaves.
  5. 4. Mix well, sprinkle the Garam Masala Powder. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame. Serve hot
