I always had Sheppards Pie as a child. It was one of my favorite dishes Mom used to make. When I had my own children, I thought it would be easy and timeless to do. I was wrong. It takes some time. So I created a dish, that has all the elements of Sheppards Pie, without the bake time. I mean really, it all goes down the same way, right?! So enjoy this as my family does!

This dish is quick and painless. With your own amount of salt and pepper to taste, it is just as good as baking in an oven. You will notice I use corn only, but you can use any vegetables you want. Traditionally Sheppards Pie is carrots, peas and corn. I would also try with broccoli and cauliflower.
