Maïté's Leftover Chicken Salad

Prep:

We eat grilled chicken almost every sunday, this is wahat I make from the leftovers. It makes a great sandwich! Cooking time does not include the boiling off the egg.

  • add   300-400 g chickens or turkey
  • add   2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • add   1 egg
  • add   2 canned peaches

Instructions

  1. Chop the first 3 ingedients.
  2. Mix in a bowl with the mayonnaise.
  3. I usually put it in the fridge for a few hours, so the taste of the ingredients could blend, but I guess you could eat it rightaway.
  4. Enjoy!
