Artichokes with green peppers and onions.

- add 1 medium tomato
- add 1 (14 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts
- add 1/3 cup chopped red onions
- add 1/4 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
- add 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- In a bowl, combine the artichokes, tomatoes, green pepper, and onion.
- Drizzle with salad dressing; toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
