  •   16 oz. mini shell pasta
  •   6 oz. bow tie pasta
  •   5 King Crab Legs
  •   1 jar of Vodka Sauce
  •   1 jar Tomato Sauce
  •   3 Roma Tomatoes - diced
  •   Parmesan Cheese - Grated for a pasta topping

Instructions

  1. 1. Crack crab out of shells - into bite sized pieces
  2. 2. Cook Bow-Tie and Shell Pasta and Drain.
  3. 4. Mix Pasta, Vodka Sauce, Tomato Sauce together in a large bowl
  4. 5. Add Roma Tomatoes and crab to pasta mix
  5. Top with Parmesan and Eat!

This came out of the Weight Watchers Cookbook but it is far from tasting like WW. It is 2 points for a one-cup serving and DELICIOUS. These veggies are great reheated or cold in pita bread for lunch with some hummus. They make a wonderful accompaniment to any meat or fish dish.
