  • add   2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • add   1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans
  • add   1 (15 1/2 ounce) can chickpeas
  • add   1 large red bell pepper
  • add   1 (15 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans
  • add   1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • add   2 cups shredded old cheddar cheese
  • add   2 tablespoons sliced chipotle chiles (in adobo sauce)
  • add   1 cup spicy salsa
  • add   1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • add   2/3 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl& chill.
