I found this recipe in a magazine in the spring of this year. I have brought to every party/family picnic i've been to this summer and it's been a real hit. Lots of people have asked for the recipe. It's also great for vegetarians!

  • add   2 sprigs cilantro
  • add   2 limes
  • add   1 teaspoon bell peppers
  • add   1 (540 ml) can black beans
  • add   1 teaspoon salt
  • add   1 tomato
  • add   2 cloves minced garlic
  • add   jalapeno peppers
  • add   1/4 cup olive oil
  • add   1 medium onion
  • add   1 pepper
  • add   1 cup cooked corn

Instructions

  1. combine ingrediants.
  2. let sit.
  3. serve with tortilla chips, as a salad or in a tortilla shell.
