  • add   1 medium pineapple
  • add   1 tablespoon sugar
  • add   2 tablespoons bourbon or
  • add   1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint, plus more (to garnish)


  1. Mix ingredients, allow 20 minutes for flavors to develop.Can keep in fridge overnight.
