I received this recepie many years ago. This is a great dollar stretcher. I have used this recepie many times in the past and I still do. I recieved it from friends of ours who belonged to the Mormon Church.

Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

This is so easy, all you need is three ingrediants.

1 Cup Peanut Butter
-
1 Cup of Sugar
-
and last just one little old Egg. WOW This Rocks!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 310 degrees (May Vary With Oven)
- Mix ingrediants togeather:
- I spoon them on to a non greased baking pan. I use the bottem of a glass dipped in flour to gently press them .
- Place in preheated oven:
- Depending on the oven it may take close to 10-12 minutes to bake. Remove from oven, let set for a couple of minutes and then remove cookies on to platter. Enjoy! Ta Ta

Decorate with frosting if you like. Make some smiley faces out of Raisins or nuts. The kids love em. This big kid does! LOL

This recipe is very easy and delicious, I have just finished baking them and I am devouring them as I comment. They go very well with green ice tea with a hint of mint, refreshing.
