winter or any season healthy soup .it is fast inexpensive & loaded with protein. this is my favorite soup

- add 8 oz block of med firm tofu .dice in small cubs
- add 2 tablespoon Miso paste(it comes in many verity)choose your own taste
- add 4 oz of slice mushroom any kind
- add 1/2 cup chopped spinich
- add 8 oz chicken broth ,or vegetable broth
- add 2 strand green onion. chopped
- add 1 table spoon chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
- add 10 oz of hot water
- over med heat. in a med large pan,
- mix the Miso paste & hot water .stir to dissolve the Miso.
- add the broth. tofu , mushroom,spinach. cook for 10 min.
- serve in a bowl sprinkle the chopped green onion & parsley .
- & serve.
