Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   large baking pan
  •   1 cup water
  •   1tsp of garlic powder
  •   1 tsp parsley chopped
  •   1 tsp ginger
  •   pinch of salt and pepper
  •   1/2 cup of white cooking wine
  •   chopped or minced onion (to taste)
  •   tblsp soy sauce
  •   tsp. Lemon juice
  •   5-7 chicken breasts (no skin)

Instructions

  1. Clean chicken breast and remove skin. Add all other ingredients to pan of chicken, making sure that dry ingredients settle on chicken, and wet ingredients settle in pan. Cook for 30-35 minutes on 350 degrees. Any longer tends to make the chicken tough. serve with your favorite bread or stuffing.
