  • add   1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • add   1 tablespoon plain fat-free yogurt
  • add   1 orange
  • add   1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
  • add   1 cup diced broiled boneless chicken breasts
  • add   1 cucumber
  • add   1 tablespoon finely chopped onions
  • add   1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
  • add   1 dash ground cinnamon
  • add   2 tablespoons mild Heinz chili sauce
  • add   salt and black pepper
  • add   1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
