- add 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- add 1 tablespoon plain fat-free yogurt
- add 1 orange
- add 1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
- add 1 cup diced broiled boneless chicken breasts
- add 1 cucumber
- add 1 tablespoon finely chopped onions
- add 1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
- add 1 dash ground cinnamon
- add 2 tablespoons mild Heinz chili sauce
- add salt and black pepper
- add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Mix all ingredients together well.
