  • add   CORIANDER PWD 150GM
  • add   TURMERIC PWD 100GM
  • add   SALT TO TASTE
  • add   KEWRA WATER OPPTIONAL
  • add   CREAM 500 GM.

Take a handi add mustered oil when oil gives smoke add khada masala then add Chicken and sauté for 5to 10minutes then add ginger garlic paste again sauté for 5minutes then add red chilly pwd coriander pwd turmeric pwd few drops of add some salt cooked for some time add curd brown onion paste cook very well add some water and increase the flame and cover it after some time cooked , check the chicken cooked add some garam masala pwd gree and cardamom pwd and few drops of kewra water.
